Safe. Supportive. Short-Term Emergency Housing.
At The Maclellan Shelter for Families, we provide a safe and stable environment for families with children experiencing homelessness. Our shelter can accommodate up to 13 families at a time, offering private rooms with individual bathrooms, laundry access, and 24/7 support — all designed to help families regain stability and take their next steps forward.
What We Offer
Private Family Rooms: Each family stays in a private room with its own bathroom.
On-Site Amenities: Access to laundry facilities and a shared kitchen with meals and nutritional support.
Dedicated Case Management: Families are paired with experienced case managers who provide personalized support, housing navigation, and referrals to critical services.
Up to 90 Days of Shelter: Short-term stays designed to provide the breathing room needed to secure more permanent housing.
24/7 Availability: We accept new families as space becomes available.
