CHATT foundation Board

OUR BOARD

The Board of Chattanooga Church Ministries, Inc., d/b/a CHATT foundation, is rather unique.  As part of our faith-based heritage and because of the founding churches’ intent to make the Kitchen an arm of the church (not a replacement for it), our Board is comprised of churches and organizations (not individuals).  In order to allow for meetings and quorums, the churches and organizations appoint individuals to represent them at the Board meetings.  A Board Executive Committee meets monthly, followed by quarterly full Board meetings.
