Pathway to Employment

Our Pathway to Employment program is a vital service to help move individuals and families toward self-sufficiency. Components of the program consist of:

Intake and Comprehension Assessments 

We conduct an intake and several assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of the individual, identify strengths, and determine where additional support is needed for successful outcomes. 

Skills Building Workshops

We offer skills building workshops to prepare individuals for employment. These workshops assist with communication and interview skills, workplace etiquette, job search, and resume writing. 

Job Placement

We are fortunate to work with several employers that want to help individuals with employment opportunities. The CHATT Foundation hosts job fairs throughout the year, making it easy for employers and individuals to connect. Many individuals leave the job fairs with scheduled interviews, and some even receive job offers. 

Case Management

We provide employment case management services to individuals enrolled in our Pathway to Employment program. Our employment case manager not only helps with assessments and job placements but also follows up with individuals on a regular basis, increasing employment retention rates and overall success.
